sell=Your=Photos$$$

We are a New York based international photo agency representing professional and
amateur photographers in search of having their work promoted in order to conduct
their profession or hobby minus the time consuming inconvenience of presenting
and selling their own work.
You do not have to be a professional photographer to sell your photographic work
successfully, and as any pro will tell you, quite often throughout history an amateur
stumbles on a scene that he or she photographs and ends up with a photo that
becomes a classic. Those who publish magazines, books, newspapers, greeting
cards, record albums, or just about anyone who works with images in their profession,
are in desperate need of fresh material, and are more than willing to review photos
submitted by professional photo representatives. Sometimes the photos of amateurs
are sought after more so than professionals because of accidental originality and
innovative >themes.
At Photo Phoenix International, we delight in and value the work of people who view
photography as a fine art and understand a photo representative’s significance in
terms of a photographer’s career, reputation, and monetary gain.
The photos we are seeking are some of the following: ANIMALS, ARCHITECTURE,
ART, AUTOMOBILES, BUSINESS, CELEBRITIES, DOCUMENTARY,
ENTERTAINMENT, EROTICA/NUDITY, FASHION, FOOD, HEALTH, HISTORY,
HOBBIES, OUTDOORS, PEOPLE, POLITICAL, PORTRAITS, STILL LIFES,
RELIGIOUS, SCIENCE, SPORTS, TRAVEL . . .
Whether your work portrays conservative, experimental, stylish, or innovative themes,
your project proposal should be well thought out before submitting to us.
For first contact, submit a query letter and "SAMPLES ONLY" of your photos.
You must include "2" self addressed, stamped envelopes–one for correspondence,
the other for the return of your material should we not be interested.
If we think your work is sellable, we will respond as soon as possible. Do not send
entire portfolio unless we ask for it.

silver fillings are dangerous!!!!!

The following book is being updated to include a chapter on children and
amalgam fillings. Please look at the web site for more info.

TOXIC TEETH TOXIC BODY, THE TRUTH ABOUT AMALGAM FILLINGS

"For the past 150 years, deadly mercury vapors have been leeching from
dental silver amalgam fillings into the bodies of 85% of the western
population. Silver amalgam fillings are having a negative effect on the
mind, body, and spirit of much of humanity."

   - Francene Lee, author, "Toxic Teeth Toxic Body"

By now, you may have heard about the dangers associated with mercury
poisoning from   silver amalgam fillings. It is a great idea to free your
mouth from these toxic mercury fillings, however, you must follow the
correct precautions during this procedure.

"Toxic Teeth Toxic Body" is a patient’s guide to mercury toxicity and
detoxification. It has been written to give you a clear pathway to the
safer removal of fillings from your teeth.  It presents the most recent
protocols and explains how to detoxify the entire body from mercury.

"Toxic Teeth Toxic Body" presents opinions on detoxification procedures
ranging from IV-chelation to homeopathics. The book is a self-published,
work-in-progress based on more than 10 years of research. However, it
already includes 60 pages of information to assist the patient as a manual
during the removal of fillings and follow-up detoxification process.

INFANT MORTALITY RATES

It would appear that, while many child health concerns remain,
considerable progress has been made in terms of lowering child
mortality world wide. While issues of proper nutrition and the best
ways to deliver heatlh care will remain a problem in third world
countries, they have also benefitted from efforts to reduce infant
mortality.  The following study examines issues of infant mortality:

Citation:
Wegman ME  Infant Mortality: Some International Comparisons
Pediatrics 98:6  Dec 1996  1020-7
=====================================

This study examines current rates and changes in infant mortality rate
(IMR), and further examines for the following:
Births, Birth Rates, Infant Deaths, Infant Mortality Rate, Percent of
Births to Mothers Under 20, 1930 Infant Mortality Rate, Percent
Reduction 1930-1994.

Among the findings:
"In 1994, 22 countries had IMRs varying from 4.2 for Japan to 8.0 for
the US, a remarkable achievement in the light of IMRs of 124.0 and
60.0 for these two countries in 1930."
From 1951 through 1965  ". . . the US rate declined by 16% and the
Japanese rate, for instance, declined by 68%."
(This coincides with a time period when large immunization programs
were implemented)

Some Infant Mortality Rates, by country,  for 1994 and 1930:

COUNTRY         1994 IMR                1930 IMR

Japan                   4.2                     124
Finland                 4.7                       58.5
Germany         5.6                       96.4
Un. States              8.0                       64.6

The breakup of the former Soviet Union has resulted in mass epidemics
of diptheria and other diseases from an interruption of their
immunization programs.   Among countries with populations over one
million, and reporting  complete data, the countries of the former
USSR now have the worst  IMRs:

COUNTRY         1994 IMR

Belarus                 13.3
Ukraine                 15.1
Russian Federation      20.3
Azerbaijan              26.1
Turkmenistan            46.5

Other countries also have high IMRs, but the data is less reliable and
complete:

Vietnam                 35
China                   35
Myanmar         79
Bangladesh              91

Smelly Wind

If you have delicate sensibilities, don’t read further.

My wife and I have two children, a six year old girl and an 11 year
old boy. Our children have a problem with foul body odors, in
particular, bowel originated odors both when passing gas and when
having a BM.  They do not complain of tummy aches or cramping or any
discomfort at all.  The only complaint at all is from those of us who
must endure their off-gassing.  My wife and I rarely suffer from this
problem.

Our kids eat a standard kids diet, not too spicey and fairly well
balanced.  They have never shown a standard allergy to anything,
including milk products.

My wife is concerned that the odors are related to an inability to
process some foods and may eventually cause a problem for them.  Any
ideas?

6 mo Doesn't Put Weight on Legs

I may be just paranoid, but this situation is really starting to worry
me.

My 6 mo does not have any interest in putting weight on her legs.  For
example, when I hold her up (in a standing position) and try to put her
feet on the floor, she buckles her legs the moment her toes touch the
floor.  At her 4 month well baby check up, the ped. tried to see if she
would put any weight on her legs and she didn’t.  The ped didn’t seem
too concerned at that time, but I’ve been reading a lot of books, and
most of them state that by 6 months a baby should be able to put a
little weight on their legs (some babies apparently are even able to
stand (when you are holding them).  I recently bought an exersaucer for
her in hopes that she will try to use her legs a little more.  I’ve even
started taking her sock off so she can feel the floor (don’t know if
this will help or not).

I hope there is someone out there who has experienced the same thing
with their baby.  I know that babies reach their milestones at different
rates, but when are you supposed to be concerned?  Should I be
concerned?  I don’t mean to rush my baby into something she isn’t ready
for, it’s just that I keep reading these books and it seems like she
should be able to do this (at least have an interest).  Can anyone help
ease my mind?

stomach sleeper

My 5 month old keeps rolling over on her stomach when she is sleeping.
Since SIDS is still a concern at her age, we keep turning her over.  Can
anyone suggest how I can keep her on her side?
